As we all await a resumption to 'normal' life and live music again, there is much we can do to keep enjoying music in the meantime.

With this in mind, Joseph Fort will be hosting three live streams on three pieces of music that were due to be played at the Whittington International Chamber Music Festival this year.

​

Each live stream will unpack the music, exploring its history, and some interesting musical features that can be heard in it. This will be accompanied by a (licenced) recording of the music, which we can all enjoy together.

Schubert's Quintet in C major, D. 956

Monday 22nd June, 7pm:

Haydn's Quartet in G major, Op. 77 No. 1

Monday 29th June, 7pm:

Bartok's Romanian Folk Dances, Sz. 56, BB 68
